Did the name of the Nicaraguan exile Augusto Sandino ever come up with older members of your family while you were writing ? He resided in Merida from July,1929, thru April, 1930. The Diario reported what it knew. I'm trying to fill in the blanks. I'm struggling with a novel about that time-period. I tried to contact you thru "goodreads", without assurance of reply. Thanks. So Happy! My book made the second round on Amazon contest. 10,000 books to 1000, I think 500 YA and 500 Adult Fiction!
